Everything is very good here, had a REAL GOOD stay for the 5 nights we were there, plus the location is the best and top, minutes from Blloku, which is a great bonus.

The customer service and management at this hotel were excellent! the staff was exceptionally friendly, providing great customer service. the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the great location of the hotel and the comfortable beds.

One negative aspect of our stay was that our room had a window without any blinds, which meant being woken up by the sunrise every morning. the staff did try to help by using a garbage bag as a makeshift curtain, but it kept falling due to the air conditioning.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was friendly, the location was great, the meals were delicious, and they had private parking available nearby.

The breakfast here was nice with an amazing cappuccino, the room was spotless with a Minibar, and the location wasn't too far from the Pyramid.

Everything was fantastic.

The restaurant had the yummiest food ever, and the playground was so much fun! Plus, the room had super fast WiFi, so we could post all our awesome pics right away. And the best part? The hotel has its own parking, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our cool ride!

The only thing we wished for was a party room where we could dance all night long with our friends. But hey, we still had a blast hitting the clubs nearby!

The hotel had great facilities for families, including a restaurant with delicious meals and a children's playground where our kids had a blast. The wireless Internet access and the Internet corner were also very convenient for staying connected and getting some work done. Despite the parking being a bit complicated, the hotel had a parking service that made it easier for us to explore the city.

My wife says that the hotel could have provided some more kid-friendly activities or entertainment options for families with children.

The hotel is in a great location--close to many bars, restaurants, and bus stops. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean with towels changed daily, and the beds are very comfortable. the hotel offers a continental breakfast with adequate variety.

The hotel's soundproofing is not the best, making it quite noisy at night when the bars and clubs nearby have loud music playing. the rooms can be small and depending on the location of the room, you may hear noise from outside or next door.

the staff made me feel welcome and were always available to answer any questions. the rooms were clean and comfortable with modern furniture and great lightning. the breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a good variety and vegan options available. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center with everything I needed just a short walk away.
